Family addition

Here is the newest member of our family :)

We haven't named her yet but we are thinking Pippy will probably be it.

She is a minature dachshund and we pretty much love her.


This is good baby prep for Joe. We have to take night duties cause she has to pee about every 2.5 to 3 hours or so. I told Joe that the key to success with being a nanny is direct eye contact at all times and to house train her-- the same rule applies. So far, no major accidents :) The best is that she sleeps alot and always has to be curled up right under us and between our feet. And Rocky.... he's learning to curb his desire to sniff her every few seconds and chase her when she runs.... not that that's bad, but it definitley worries me a little....




As I write this Joe is laying half way in the hallway and halfway in the office near her crate that she sleeps in for the night and when she whines (which even that is so cute!!) he reaches out to her to comfort her (but not take her out!) and that is definitley so freakin cute too.


Oh puppy...dah so cute.
